This was my very first experience ordering flowers on line from another country and unfortunately it was not a good one. The orchid sent was not fresh and it looked awful. They should deliver what they advertise, fresh beautiful flowers, not old, completely open stems with not a single bud un-open. I'm very disappointed and quite upset. I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday. This was 60Euro wasted and I will never use this florist again.
